Funding Options
Most of our services are funded by the agencies listed below, provided you have a prescription from a physician or nurse practitioner.
The Ontario Ministry of Health has set the costs for orthoses (braces) based on labour and material, and have implemented the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) to cover a large portion of the total cost. The remaining balance is to be paid by the patient. ADP does not cover sports-related or acute injuries that require custom bracing.
Patients who are eligible for the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) can utilize their funding to contribute up to 100% of a custom orthosis.
